2018 Transforming Traditions Cabernet Franc

The Mathison Family tradition of growing fruit dates back to 1893.  Our vineyards are planted on estate land at 1600 feet elevation.  Cabernet Franc grapes ripen slowly under conditions of warm days and cool nights, fielding a very expressive wine.  Cabernet Franc can be a challenging wine to produce. This superb example showcases the benefit of generations of farming knowledge.
